Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation testing, test automation frameworks, scripting, and quality assurance processes. Hands-on experience with UiPath is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
- Identify, log, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
- Enhance test coverage and minimize manual testing efforts through automation.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with automation and RPA tools, preferably UiPath.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards, testing best practices, and organizational processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite/UiPath Studio.
- Experience with API Testing and Database Testing (SQL).
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- UiPath Certification is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to RPA testing and validation.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
