Role: Automation & Systems Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for anAutomation & Systems Operations Managerto own and manage our internal systems, data infrastructure, and automation workflows across teams.
This role focuses on ensuring that our tools, data, and workflows are reliable, scalable, and easy for teams to use as the organisation grows. You will work closely with content, partnerships, production, and operations teams to implement systems, maintain data quality,
and support day-to-day execution.
The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of operations, automation, and internal tooling, and is comfortable turning evolving business requirements into stable, well- documented systems.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Workflow Management
- Build, maintain, and improve automation workflows across teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations
- Ensure workflows are reliable, efficient, and well-documented
- Support teams in executing and improving automated processes
Data & CRM Management
- Implement and manage the companys central CRM and internal databases
- Maintain data structure, accuracy, and consistency
- Own schema updates, data migrations, and integrations
- Ensure a clear single source of truth for key operational data
Internal Tools & Google Workspace
- Manage Google Workspace including Drive structure, access permissions, and security
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure internal tools and shared resources are organized and secure
Cross-Team Support
- Work closely with multiple teams to understand system requirements
- Translate operational needs into system implementations
- Act as a point of contact for system-related issues and improvements
Documentation & Continuity
- Maintain clear documentation for systems and workflows
- Ensure smooth handovers and long-term system maintainability
- Help standardize best practices across internal tools and processes
Requirements:
Required
- 25 years of experience in operations, automation, CRM, or internal systems roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.)
- Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Strong Google Workspace and Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled workflows
- Experience working with media, content, agency, or creator-led teams
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
