Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in automation development and support within enterprise environments.
  • Supporting and enhancing automation workflows across multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Developing automation scripts, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating on automation initiatives using Python, Selenium, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using Python, Selenium, and VBA.
  • Support, monitor, and troubleshoot automation workflows, integrations, and production issues.
  • Build and enhance reporting dashboards using Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, development best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, Selenium, SQL, and VBA.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with Java, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automation testing frameworks, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with REST API integrations and backend/API interactions.
  • Understanding of responsive UI development using HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, Routing, and State Management.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and build tools including Vite, Webpack, and npm.
  • Hands-on experience with IIS deployment and configuration, including web.config, URL Rewrite rules, SSL/HTTPS setup, and Windows Server administration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of environment management, release management, and production support processes.
  • Understanding of application security concepts including JWT, CORS, and XSS.
  • Basic networking knowledge including DNS, ports, and reverse proxy concepts.
  • Exposure to Node.js, Docker, PowerShell, and additional SQL concepts is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level automation and workflow optimization projects.
