We are hiring for a leading Financial services for a high-impact techno-functional role focused on Treasury & Finance Transformation, Process Automation, and AI-driven reporting solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in automation, data transformation, reporting optimization, and finance/treasury operations within banking or financial services environments.

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 6–10 Years

What You'll Do:

• Automate manual finance and treasury reporting processes currently handled in Excel

• Build scalable solutions for reconciliations, data validation, exception reporting, and workflow optimization

• Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and IT teams to deliver automation and reporting solutions

• Develop automated workflows using Python, SQL, VBA, Power Automate, RPA, Power BI, and Alteryx

• Improve data quality, controls, and operational efficiency across reporting processes

• Create dashboards, MIS reporting solutions, and process monitoring frameworks

• Support AI-driven transformation initiatives using Copilot, GenAI, and AI-assisted automation tools

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Excel VBA, Power Query, and process automation

• Experience with RPA / Intelligent Automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

• Exposure to large datasets, reconciliations, data quality controls, and reporting automation

• Understanding of Treasury, Product Control, Banking Finance, Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Reporting environments

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, LLM tools, or AI-assisted workflow automation will be a strong advantage

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
