We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain scalable business automations and integrations across our technology stack. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Zapier, n8n, APIs, webhooks, workflow automation, and SaaS integrations, along with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into reliable automated workflows.

You will work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to identify repetitive processes, eliminate manual work, and build robust automation solutions.

Key Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, and similar automation platforms.
Integrate SaaS applications, internal systems, databases, and third-party services using REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Build reliable workflows involving triggers, actions, conditional logic, data transformation, approvals, notifications, and error handling.
Develop custom integrations where native connectors are unavailable.
Work with JSON, REST APIs, HTTP requests, authentication mechanisms, and webhooks.
Troubleshoot failed workflows, API errors, data inconsistencies, and integration issues.
Implement monitoring, logging, retries, alerts, and safeguards to ensure automation reliability.
Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, dependencies, and business logic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable automation solutions.
Continuously evaluate new automation and AI tools that can improve operational efficiency.

Skills

4+ years of professional experience in automation, integrations, workflow engineering, business process automation, or a related technology role.
Strong hands-on experience with Zapier and n8n.
Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP methods, JSON, OAuth/API authentication, and API testing.
Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms and business applications.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Understanding of data transformation, conditional logic, loops, filters, and error handling.
Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software development practices.
Ability to understand technical documentation and third-party API specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
