Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automation Specialist based in Surat. The Automation Specialist will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining process automation workflows to optimize operational efficiency. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting automation issues, developing and executing comprehensive test cases, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of automated processes through quality assurance measures. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Automation and Automation techniques to optimize operational workflows
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system or process issues effectively
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing Test Cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of solutions
- Knowledge and application of Quality Assurance principles to maintain high standards in automated processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant automation tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an added advantage
