Automation Solution Architect

Must Have:

• Analytical skills to slice and dice the data and identify the automation opportunity across Service Desk, End User Computing, Hybrid Infra Operations
• Deep understanding of Conversational AI Solutions, Gen AI solutions
• Deep understanding of DEX tools
• Deep understanding of AIOps solutions
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI framework and Agentic AI platform
• Deep understanding of LLM, RAG and integration architecture

Good Communication and Presentation Skills

• 3+ Years Experience in Presales Automation solution architect role
• 3+ Years Experience with Conversational AI, Gen AI solutions (Any one)
• 1+ Years Experience with Agentic AI framework
• Experience working as an IT Operation Automation Solution Architect for minimum of 3 years using market leading Conversational AI, DEX tools, AIOps solution
• Experience working in IT Operation project (Infra Ops or App Ops)

About the Role

Solution Architect to draft robust automation solution for the customer to understand the pain area and problem statement shared by the customer.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple stakeholders to draft the holistic proposal
• Present and defend the solution to customer stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills & ability to articulate automation solutions & technical topics in IT Operation Automation area understood by various levels of customer
