Role Overview Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based test automation frameworks and suites for enterprise applications, with a focus on UI automation and CI/CD integration. Exposure to product-based automation or financial platforms like LoanIQ is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience 4–8 years overall, with 3–4 years in Selenium WebDriver automation.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Proficiency with testing frameworks like TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber (BDD).
Good understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and automation design patterns.
Experience with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git).
Strong debugging skills for UI and API automation.
Experience testing web applications across various browsers and environments.
Nice to Have
Experience automating product-based or enterprise-grade applications.
Knowledge of LoanIQ workflows or commercial lending platforms.
API test automation (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).
SQL for test data validation.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks (e.g., Hybrid, Page Object Model, BDD).
Develop reusable automation scripts for various testing types (regression, smoke, functional).
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and manage defects.
Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
