Job Summary
The Automation & Scheduling Analyst supports the design, execution, monitoring, and optimization of enterpriseautomation and job scheduling processes. This role operates with moderate independence and serves as a keycontributor to ensuring automated workloads execute reliably, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprisestandards.
The Analyst works closely with senior analysts, platform engineers, and application teams, primarily using ORSYP(Dollar Universe) as the enterprise scheduling platform. The role emphasizes analysis, problem resolution,operational stability, and continuous improvement of scheduling and automation practices.

Qualifications
Min 2 - 4 years of Hands‑on with enterprise scheduling or automation tools such as ORSYP (Dollar Universe),Control‑M, AutoSys, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting or designing production batch workflows in complex, 24x7 environments.
Familiarity with incident management, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
Exposure to scripting or automation concepts (e.g., shell scripting, basic batch automation).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently during off‑hours shifts.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professionalexperience.
Solid understanding of IT operations, batch processing, and production support environments.
Demonstrated experience following and applying operational standards and procedures.
