Job Description

  • Have proven technical experience in analysing requirements, preparing automation script design & execution plan, performing Functional automation, In-sprint automation, End to End automation and Regression automation testing activities.
  • Hands-on experience and expertise on C#, Selenium and Automation Framework Design.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain the automation frameworks.
  • Follow the expected standards and automate UI/API scripts using C# automation framework.
  • Hands on Web and API testing and automation experience using Specflow C#, Postman, and REST.
  • Perform automation script failure analysis, identify the root cause, fix the automation scripts, and re-execute the same.
  • Automate Smoke test cases, Functional test cases, End to End test cases, Regression test cases and add it in CI/CD pipeline.
  • Peer-review the automation scripts and share the feedback to the team.
  • Understanding on Design patterns is required.
  • Good knowledge on Scrum, GIT.
  • Achieve the expected First-time pass % for End to End and Regression automation scripts.
  • Have good work experience in test management tools - ADO.
  • Track all the automation metrics and publish it to internal & client leadership team.
  • Bring in automation best practices & tools/accelerators based on the landscape.
  • Provide guidance & train other team members in new automation skills.
  • Attend all Scrum ceremonies and provide the updates on Automation to the client stakeholders.
  • Excellent in communication skills – verbal & written and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.
  • P&C Insurance domain knowledge / work experience is must.
