Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional knowledge of Workday, hands-on experience with the Opkey automation tool, excellent communication skills, and substantial experience in the testing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using the Opkey tool for Workday applications.
- Collaborate with the functional team to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during testing.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously improve the automation framework and processes.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Functional Knowledge of Workday: In-depth understanding of Workday modules, functionalities, and business processes.
- Opkey Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts using the Opkey tool.
- Testing Domain Experience: 4-10 years of experience in the testing domain, with a focus on automation testing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
