Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Java + Selenium + AI)

Job Description: Senior Automation Engineer with experience in Selenium with Java, incl manual testing, and with AI-driven tools to accelerate test automation and improve testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
- Design and enhance automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model, etc.)
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements
- Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
- Ensure test coverage and improve test efficiency through automation
- Work on CI/CD integration (Jenkins or similar tools)
- Leverage AI tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, and overall testing efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java programming
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit
- Good understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid)
- Working knowledge of AI tools in testing/automation
- Experience with API testing (Rest Assured/Postman)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
Good To Have
- Experience with AI-based testing platforms/tools
- Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
- Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
