Job Profile: Project - Automation Engineer
Qualification-B.Tech / Diploma
Location: Indore, Hyderabad, Aurangabad
Experience: 2-10 Years
- Lead end-to-endcommissioning of automation projectsinvolvingAllen Bradley PLCs (CompactLogix, ControlLogix), SCADA (FT View), Servo & AC Drives, and field instrumentation.
- Develop and deploy PLC logic usingRSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000, ensuring reliable and optimized automation workflows.
- Design and configureSCADA systems(FactoryTalk View SE/ME), HMI development, and interface setup.
- Strong hands-on knowledge ofPlantPAxDCS architecture and implementation.
- Exposure in Food & Beverage, Pharma, or Utilities domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams forclient requirement analysis, logic development, I/O mapping, and FAT/SAT execution.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in all automation solutions.
- Provide documentation and technical support post-commissioning.
