About The Role
Scope and deliver automation roadmaps for Opsedge enterprise customers while leading cross-functional squads.
- Translate ambiguous business goals into structured automation initiatives.
- Lead discovery workshops with CXO stakeholders and ground operators.
- Create execution plans with milestones, owners, and success metrics.
- Partner with product engineers to mature internal tooling required for deployments.
- Coach customer teams on change management and day-two operations.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in consulting, enterprise automation, or program management.
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools and data wrangling.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to client sites across India when required.
