Job Description
We are looking for a skilled PEGA Automation Tester to join our growing team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PEGA application testing, automation frameworks, and end-to-end QA processes. Immediate starters or candidates serving short notice periods are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing for PEGA applications.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for PEGA workflows and business processes.
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute test plans and identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Ensure testing best practices and QA standards are followed throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong exposure to PEGA applications.
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Java, or similar tools.
- Experience in PEGA workflow, case management, and business process testing.
- Good understanding of API testing using Postman or REST-based services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- PEGA CSA/CSSA certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Government projects preferred.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks is a plus.
