Automation+Manual Test Engineer ERP (Web, Mobile, Desktop)
Job location - Mumbai ( CSMT ) 5 Days Work from office.
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Budget - 7 LPA Maximum
Notice Period- Immediate to 15-20 Days
Atealst 1 year of hands-on experience in Automation testing is Mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Automation testing with Manual testing experience is mandatory.
Good to have experience in Manual Testing plus Automation testing in ERP applications not mandatory.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manual Tester with 3 Plus years of experience in ERP application testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate should have domain knowledge in ERP modules such as Inventory, Procurement, HRMS, Accounts, and Contracting. Exposure to automation testing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business and functional requirements for various ERP modules (Inventory, Procurement, HRMS, CVR, Accounts, Contracting, Payroll).
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
- Execute manual tests across web, mobile, and desktop ERP interfaces.
- Perform functional, integration, system, UI/UX, and cross-platform testing.
- Log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and other QA team members.
- Validate workflows, reports, calculations, and data integrity across ERP modules.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality releases and contribute to process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in manual testing of ERP applications.
- Strong domain knowledge in Inventory, Procurement, HRMS, Accounts, and Contracting modules.
- Experience testing web, mobile (Android/iOS), and desktop applications.
- Proficiency in test case writing, execution, and defect reporting.
- Understanding of SDLC/STLC and software QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, DevOps, or similar.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, UFT).
- Basic SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
- Knowledge of performance or API testing is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
