What You Will Do :Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Performs the role of an Automation / Manual QA Engineer
- Analyzing & understanding assigned requirements to develop appropriate test protocols
- Maintain the Test Lab by automating the product installation, test setup, software related maintenance
- Create and Execute Manual and Automation Test Scripts.
- Converting the test protocols into automated scripts for execution
- Compliance to processes and quality management system
- Ensure technical & testing documentation is kept up to date and audit ready
- Enhance the test framework as appropriate to ensure coverage of new product functionality
- collaborate with different stake holders for different stages of development life cycle of the project.
- Creates and maintains the traceability for the assigned work product
- Ensure quality release
What You Need :Experience & Qualifications:
- Overall 4-6years of QA Engineer experience
- Able to drive the testing activities for assigned components/modules independently
- Coding skills in Java
- Skilled in API testing
- Exposure to Agile way of working
- Good understanding of LINUX platforms
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of SDLC/STLC
- Experience in analyzing and reviewing requirements
- Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills (preferred)
- Should have excellent verbal/written communication skills and work with minimal directions
