The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients which means some of the biggest in the world. There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two
projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work
directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Required Technical and Professional Experience :
- Having 7 + years of Experience in Automation Lead.
- Define and lead automation roadmap across Systrack and ServiceNow
- platforms. Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and WSD.
- Leverage Systrack for endpoint monitoring, user behavior analytics, and
- performance insights.
- Develop and maintain automation dashboards and reporting tools
- Identify automation opportunities in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and workplace
- services.
- Implement workflows, scripts, and bots to automate repetitive tasks and
- service requests.
- Integrate Systrack analytics with ServiceNow for proactive incident
- detection and resolution
- Lead automation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines,
- quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver
- automation solutions.
- Manage change control, documentation, and governance for automation initiatives
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :
- Drive initiatives like Zero Operations, Predictive Intelligence, and AI-readiness assessments.
- Conduct tool maturity assessments and recommend enhancements.
- Champion the use of GenAI and industry best practices in automation design.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and audit requirements.
- Maintain SLA adherence and monitor automation performance metrics.
- Tools-Systrack, ServiceNow, Workflow orchestration ( Power Automate, Ansible,RPA etc)
