Are you passionate about AI-driven automation, AIOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead – SRE Governance to drive an AI-first, lean IT/SRE support model by leveraging Generative AI, intelligent workflow automation, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SRE and IT support automation initiatives.
• Implement AI/GenAI and LLM-based solutions for ticket classification, incident summarization, intelligent routing, and knowledge recommendations.
• Drive incident trend analysis, recurring issue detection, predictive insights, and alert noise reduction.
• Enable intelligent SOP/runbook recommendations, ChatOps, Microsoft Teams integration, and self-service solutions.
• Optimize knowledge management through AI-driven content analysis and knowledge gap identification.
• Automate SRE governance reporting, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Deliver measurable improvements in MTTR, ticket deflection, operational efficiency, and reduced manual effort.

Required Skills & Expertise

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and AIOps
