Automation Lead

8+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.

Proven expertise in test automation with Selenium, including experience in non-web projects or complex system automation.

Deep knowledge of test execution and management using TestNG.

Strong skills in defining and using complex X-Path expressions.

Practical experience running and managing tests using Maven.

Proficiency with the Linux operating environment for setting up and debugging test execution.

Solid understanding of automation reporting systems (e.g., Allure, ReportPortal).

Proven experience with at least one REST API testing framework (RestAssured preferred).

Highly Desirable Skills (Advantageous)

Strong knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python or Go, used for test tooling or framework development.

Experience developing automation frameworks from scratch.

Strong knowledge of Groovy or a similar language often paired with RestAssured.

Experience integrating security or performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Prior experience leading automation strategy or managing a small QA team.
