Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in the automation scripts and frameworks.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report on test results and provide feedback to development teams to improve product quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in automation testing or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
