The Automation Executive will be a member of a team that builds and maintains automation solutions, supporting the Accounting/Finance department.
This team works closely with each team in Finance to ensure automations are running smoothly.
The Automation Executive responsible for working collaboratively with team members to analyze, troubleshoot, and fix the production issue related to
Automations. Primary areas supported include (but not limited to) general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, project costing, project billing and project forecasting.
Developer that builds and maintains automation solutions
Support day-to-day system maintenance and production support for Automation deployment (primary tools are UiPath, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform)
Troubleshoot system issues with end users and developers
Provide development and testing suppor
Assist in change management to help adoption of new processes
Adheres to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables
Follows documentation standards for all deliverables
Opportunity to develop and code new solutions on occasion
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or similar) with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation.
Developer along with Production Support and bug fix experience preferred
Able to creatively analyze and solve problems independently.
Demonstrates capability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
SQL and/or business analyst experience a plus.
Programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with VB Script, SQL and/or .Net programming languages is a significant assetUi Path experience required.
Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, Power Query experience preferred
Self-motivated and good organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
