Job Description

  • Electrical & control system design for Crane & other equipment
  • PDP design
  • E-Plan drafting
  • Sales BOM generation
  • Panel testing at vendor place
  • Electrical Troubleshooting
  • Coordination with Vendor
  • Responsibilities
  • Selection of bought out components for equipment.
  • Drafting of Panel drawing.
  • Drafting of control/ network architecture of Automation system for projects.
  • Designing & sizing of control panel layout using E-Plan.
  • Preparation of cable routing and field devices drawing in AutoCAD.
  • Preparation of reports and documentation in line with ISO using E-Plan.
  • Evaluation & approval of technical offer from Panel Vendor
  • Errorfree report generation from E-Plan
  • Maintain revision control for electrical drawing.
  • Ensure timely & error free drawing & vendor approval documentation of all projects within schedule & budgeted manhours.
  • E-Plan standardization and documentation.
  • Maximum usage of E-Plan macros & place holder.
  • Continuous advancements/ improvement in electrical & control drafting using EPlan.
  • Error free BOM generation from EPlan
  • Release of ADD data to PPC, Mechanical & Installation team.
  • Technical offer approval to vendor for commercial discussion.
  • Approval for panel testing compliance report.
  • ADD approval of bought out components for equipment.
