Job Summary
AlgoShack is looking for skilled Automation Engineers with hands-on experience in Python and Selenium, along with exposure to API and non-functional testing, to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Perform API testing and validate backend services
- Support non-functional testing activities (performance, basic validations)
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams
- Enhance automation frameworks for UI and API testing
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
- Improve test coverage and automation efficiency
- Maintain test artifacts and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in test automation
- Strong experience in Python and Selenium
- Experience in UI and API testing
- Basic understanding / exposure to non-functional testing (NFT)
- Understanding of automation frameworks and best practices
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare / medical / embedded systems
- Exposure to regulated environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools
