The Automation COE team is seeking a skilled professional with 38 years of experience in automation and analytics, particularly in Python and UiPath. The role requires end-to-end ownership of automation projects, including production support and deployment across business units. A strong foundation in data analysis, predictive modeling, and familiarity with Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI is beneficial. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, and comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in financial services, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid grasp of databases, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programming languages are key. Responsibilities also include conducting feasibility studies, designing solutions, researching emerging technologies, and supporting tech adoption through training. Candidates should be able to thrive under pressure, deliver high-quality, audience-appropriate reports, and work effectively in global teams while adhering to organizational policies and technical standards
