Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer - Siemens Expert, based in Navi Mumbai. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Siemens automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, and VFD. Tasks include programming, commissioning, upgrades, and handling system migrations such as Siemens PCS7 (DCS) to the latest versions. The role involves offering tailored automation solutions and ensuring project completion within defined timeframes and quality standards to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying issues in automation systems and process control environments.
• Strong skills in Process Control and Automation, including programming and configuring Siemens products like PLC, SCADA, DCS, and Drives.
• Experience in Electrical Engineering and understanding electrical circuit design and systems integration.
• Knowledge of Robotics and advanced automation technologies for industrial applications.
• Ability to work on Siemens PCS7 migration, system upgrades, and compliance projects like Siemens 21 CFR Part 11 for the pharma industry.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in system design and execution.
• Experience in relevant industries such as Pharma, Metals, Chemical, or Glass is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field with relevant certifications preferred.
