Role: Automation Engineer (Selenium, BDD & API Automation)
Location: Gurgaon / Noida (Hybrid/Remote)
Contract Duration: 1+ Year
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop enterprise-grade automation solutions to support large-scale migration testing
- Build and maintain scalable Selenium-based automation frameworks and reusable libraries
- Develop and execute API automation test suites alongside UI automation
- Create and execute regression test scenarios using Java
- Convert UI-based workflows into API-level automated test cases for efficiency
- Work closely with databases to validate data integrity and backend processes
- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Azure-based services or similar) to enhance testing efficiency
- Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
- Document automation processes and frameworks for knowledge sharing and continuity
Required Skills- Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP principles, and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Selenium framework, BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber), and API automation tools (e.g., Rest Assured)
- Solid knowledge of database concepts, SQL queries, and data validation techniques
- Experience working with Hibernate and Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, unit testing, integration testing, and mocking frameworks
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and automation solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
