We are hiring an Automation (RPA & Intelligent) Engineer with a product engineering mindset to drive automation initiatives within our organization, leveraging expertise in solution design and programming. You will play a key role in building and managing scalable automation solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration focused on execution automation excellence within our organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Contributing to the refinement of our automation vision, emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning within the team.
- Drive development, deployment, testing, and delivery phases of automation projects.
- Identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
You Will Need This to Be Successful
- :3-4 years of overall software engineering experience with at least 2+ years of SME knowledge in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360) preferred /UIPath/Blue Prism/Low Code-No Code or custom frameworks
- .Strong programming skills with a focus on solid, secure, performant, and clean code practices. Experience in developing enterprise automation solutions
- .Ability to deliver software and artefacts which are stable, reliable, and scalable independently within self-organizing Agile teams
- .Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work
- .Knowledge of design patterns is desirable
- .Excellent design, coding, debugging, problem solving and analytical skills with a product engineering mindset
- .Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- .Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and a commitment to fostering a low ego, high-performance culture
- .Good to have exposure on the Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET & SQL Server)
