Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing automation solutions, building AI-powered agents, integrating enterprise applications, and creating scalable automation frameworks that improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and related technologies.

• Build production-ready scripts, APIs, scheduled jobs, and workflow automations.

• Develop reusable automation frameworks and libraries.

• Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and alert mechanisms.

• Manage automation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization.

  
  

Agentic AI Development

• Design and develop AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and multi-step task execution.

• Build AI copilots using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks.

• Implement memory, tool-calling, and feedback mechanisms for intelligent agents.

• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance for accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.

  
  

Integration & Data Engineering

• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs and webhooks.

• Build ETL pipelines and automation workflows.

• Develop SQL queries and data pipelines to support automation solutions.

• Ensure automation solutions follow security, governance, and data quality standards.

  
  

Collaboration

• Work with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Prepare technical documentation and support user adoption.

• Stay updated with the latest AI and automation technologies.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and deliverables effectively.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Python development.

• Strong experience in automation, scripting, or backend development.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as:

• LangChain

• AutoGen

• Semantic Kernel

• Microsoft Copilot Studio

• N8N

• Strong understanding of:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Prompt Engineering

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Event-driven Architecture.

• Good knowledge of SQL and database development.

• Experience with Git, testing methodologies, and CI/CD.
