About Position
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support and enhance enterprise business process automation initiatives across IT, Security, Identity, and Service Management functions. This role focuses on automating operational workflows, improving process efficiency, and integrating enterprise platforms rather than building or managing infrastructure environments.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement automation solutions for business and operational workflows
- Automate user lifecycle management processes including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, approvals, and entitlement reviews
- Develop integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, ITSM systems, and collaboration tools
- Build automated workflows for ticket management, notifications, approvals, and service fulfillment
- Leverage APIs and orchestration tools to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- Support AI-driven workflow and service automation initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements
- Maintain automation documentation, workflow standards, and operational procedures
- Support governance, audit, and compliance requirements through process automation and reporting
- Participate in customer and stakeholder discussions related to automation initiatives and operational improvements

- Experience with automation and enterprise platform integration technologies includes, but is not limited to:
