Automation Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with a strong background in functional testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, with a primary focus on Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). This role requires a balanced profile with both manual (functional) testing expertise and automation skills, not purely automation-focused candidates.

What You'll Do:

• Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using object-oriented programming languages
• Validate end-to-end business workflows within Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
• Ensure test coverage for UI, integrations, and business logic
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in automation testing using an object-oriented language such as: Java / C# / Python
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks like:
• Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
• Good understanding of test framework design
