Automation Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Transformation Automation Engineer to drive automation-led transformation across IT infrastructure services. This role is responsible for identifying automation opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and implementing intelligent automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service quality.

What You'll Do:

• Automation Strategy & Opportunity Identification
• Analyze IT infrastructure operations to identify automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain automation backlog aligned with business priorities.
• Drive continuous service improvement through automation initiatives.
• Design end-to-end automation solutions.
• Develop reusable frameworks and templates.
• Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Use tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, ServiceNow.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong understanding of cloud, compute, storage, networking, and OS.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of APIs and ITSM tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption of automation through training and communication.
