Automation Engineer

1+ Years Exp Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Development, programming, and troubleshooting of Beckhoff PLC systems using ST / FB languages.
• Design and develop SCADA / HMI applications integrated with Access Database or SQL Database reporting systems.
• Configure, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and FAT/SAT at customer sites when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals.
• Collaborate with the electrical & software design teams for seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Beckhoff PLC programming.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) programming languages.
• Experience in SCADA development with database integration (MS Access / SQL).
• Good knowledge of electronic and electrical circuit wiring.
• Understanding of field sensors, actuators, control components, and communication protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics / wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Customer-oriented and willing to travel for commissioning support when required.

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• 1 years of experience as Automation Engineer.
