2+ Years Exp Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, programming, and troubleshooting of Beckhoff PLC systems using ST / FB languages.
- Design and develop SCADA / HMI applications integrated with Access Database or SQL Database reporting systems.
- Configure, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and FAT/SAT at customer sites when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals.
- Collaborate with the electrical & software design teams for seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Beckhoff PLC programming.
- Strong knowledge of Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) programming languages.
- Experience in SCADA development with database integration (MS Access / SQL).
- Good knowledge of electronic and electrical circuit wiring.
- Understanding of field sensors, actuators, control components, and communication protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics / wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Customer-oriented and willing to travel for commissioning support when required.
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience as Automation Engineer.
