Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Beckhoff, and Mitsubishi.
- Integrate automation components including HMIs, sensors, drives, and motion systems.
- Conduct machine testing, FAT/SAT, and support on-site commissioning.
- Collaborate with design and electrical teams to ensure automation functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug PLC systems and hardware interfaces.
- Maintain and update technical documentation including electrical schematics and PLC code.
- Provide technical support during installation and maintenance phases.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, electrical schematics, and hardware interfaces.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
