Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Java + Selenium )
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of automation testing, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and exposure to AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
- Develop and execute automated UI and API test cases.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing, identifying edge cases, usability issues, and critical defects.
- Implement and maintain advanced automation testing strategies to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct mobile application testing (preferred experience with Appium).
- Build, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Declarative Pipeline) for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into the SDLC from early development stages.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure and services on AWS ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor application performance and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Develop automation scripts and supporting tools to enhance testing processes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability, maintainability, and quality standards.
- Document test strategies, test plans, test cases, and CI/CD workflows.
- Contribute to defining and improving QA and DevOps best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Expertise in Selenium for UI automation
- Strong experience in Automation Testing
- Experience in API Testing
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Experience with Jenkins (Declarative Pipeline)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Any Experience working with AWS
