About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer with expertise in PDF automation, regex-based data extraction, backend development, and automation testing. You will build scalable document-processing pipelines and backend services for structured and unstructured data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build PDF processing and document automation pipelines.
• Develop regex-based extraction logic for structured data parsing.
• Create backend APIs and automation services.
• Write unit, integration, and regression test cases.
• Integrate workflows with cloud storage, queues, and scheduling systems.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and exception handling mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams in an Agile environment.

• OCR tools: Tesseract, AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer
• Exposure to LLM-based extraction workflows
• Docker and containerization basics
• Domain exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Finance

• Candidates will undergo a live coding assessment covering:
• Regex parsing
• PDF extraction
• Backend API development
