Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control System Engineer to Design, Develop, and Maintain Control systems and Automation solutions for industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and test Control Systems including PLC (Siemens, Rockwell, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.) and SCADA (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition etc...)
- Develop I/O lists, control philosophies, logic diagrams, and instrumentation wiring.
- Prepare and review technical documentation including datasheets, P&IDs, and loop diagrams.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Control Systems on-site.
- Integrate control systems with HMI/SCADA and other automation platforms.
- Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements.
- Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and fault-finding activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering. 210 years of relevant experience in Control Systems Projects.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block) and SCADA/HMI development.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with field instrumentation and calibration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
