Job Title : Automation Development(Python,Agentic AI, Gen AI + RAG)
Summary: The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across various processes. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Design and Development:
- Design and develop automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Create and maintain automation scripts, frameworks, and libraries.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Implementation and Testing:
- Implement automation solutions and integrate them into existing systems and workflows.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance automation capabilities.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document automation processes, scripts, and frameworks.
- Generate reports on automation performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of automation activities and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Preferred Gen AI+AI+LLM Management +Data science with Python , flask , basic SQL , (DEv ops automation ), mandate :- GEN AI+AGentic AI
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
