Role Summary
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to deliver a one-time, end-to-end automation project focused on social media integrations, Telegram bot development, and WhatsApp chatbot implementation. The objective is straightforward: design, build, and hand over a fully functional automation system aligned with defined business workflows.
Project Scope & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a Telegram bot for messaging, triggers, and automated workflows
- Build a WhatsApp chatbot (Cloud API / Business API) for customer interactions and lead handling
- Integrate social media platforms with backend systems via APIs and webhooks
- Implement automation logic with proper error handling and logging
- Deliver clean, documented code with deployment and handover support
Required Skill Set
- Proven experience with Telegram Bot API and WhatsApp Business / Cloud API
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
- Experience in backend development (Node.js / PHP / Python)
- Ability to independently deliver a production-ready automation project
