We are looking for an Automation Engineer with strong experience in mobile application testing using Appium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for mobile platforms, working closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications using Appium.
- Perform testing on Android and/or iOS applications.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks, test cases, and test data.
- Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects and work with teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure quality coverage.
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, defects, and test results.
Requirements
- Experience in automation testing with a focus on mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium.
- Experience testing Android or iOS applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Good understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc. ).
