We are hiring for a Production Control Automation role where your work will directly impact live production environments. This is a high-ownership position focused on improving observability, reliability, and operational efficiency through smart automation.

What you will be doing:

Designing and developing automation solutions to support production operations

Building dashboards and UI tools for real-time monitoring and control

Creating and maintaining functional test frameworks

Supporting order-sending workflows for pilot trading

Developing AI/LLM-driven solutions to streamline operational processes

Enhancing production reliability with robust tooling and automation practices

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, systems thinking, and fast-paced operational environments.

What we are looking for:

25 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or tooling

Strong proficiency in Python in a Linux-based environment

Experience with UI/UX frameworks and best practices

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high-performance environments

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field

Nice to have:

Exposure to Capital Markets or Fund Management

Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q

Experience with CI/CD practices

Understanding of AI/LLM concepts such as tokenization, prompting strategies, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
