Description

We are looking for an Automation Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative automation solutions to enhance our engineering processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity to deliver high-quality automation systems that meet our production needs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automation solutions for various engineering processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated systems into existing production lines.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for automation projects.
Create detailed design documentation and specifications for automated systems.
Perform testing and validation of automation systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation equipment and processes.
Continuously improve automation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA
Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
Understanding of robotics and industrial automation systems
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
