We are growing our technology infrastructure to automate internal processes, improve client management and build systems that can support the company's expansion.
We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Automation & CRM Software Engineer to join our team in Delhi NCR.
This is an important technical role with a strong focus on automation, CRM development and backend systems.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the company's automation systems and CRM.
The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys solving real business problems through technology and can take ownership of systems rather than simply completing assigned coding tasks.
Our primary focus is to reduce manual work through reliable automation and continuously improve the CRM that our operations team uses every day.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
- Develop and maintain web-based automation systems.
- Build browser automation using Playwright, Selenium or similar technologies.
- Automate repetitive operational workflows.
- Develop reliable automation processes with proper error handling, logging and monitoring.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated and develop suitable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems.
- Monitor automation failures and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Maintain automation when third-party websites or workflows change.
- Build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Develop internal tools to improve operational efficiency.
CRM Development & Maintenance
- Take ownership of the company's existing CRM.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve CRM functionality.
- Develop new CRM features based on business requirements.
- Manage client, application, appointment, document and payment workflows.
- Build internal dashboards and reporting systems.
- Improve CRM performance, reliability and usability.
- Develop automated task assignments, reminders and notifications.
- Integrate the CRM with external systems and APIs.
- Identify areas where CRM workflows can replace manual operational work.
API & System Integration
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations.
- Work with third-party APIs and web services.
- Implement webhooks and automated notifications.
- Connect CRM, website and internal systems.
- Work with email, WhatsApp and other business integrations where required.
- Ensure data flows reliably between different systems.
Backend & Infrastructure
- Maintain backend applications and databases.
- Work with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Manage and troubleshoot applications deployed on servers/VPS or cloud infrastructure.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control.
- Monitor production systems and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for important systems.
Website & Technical Support
- Maintain the existing company website where required.
- Implement technical changes, integrations and fixes.
- Improve website performance and functionality.
- Support the development team with website-related technical requirements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience building web automation systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs and REST services.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Strong Git/GitHub knowledge.
- Understanding of HTTP, authentication, sessions and cookies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to understand and work with existing codebases.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
