we are looking for Senior Manager - Low‑Code / No‑Code Configurator & Delivery Support Analyst supports the build, enhancement, and maintenance of low‑code / no‑code automation and reconciliation solutions across State Street Markets Operations.
The role is primarily hands‑on and execution‑focused, supporting Delivery Managers and Product Owners in implementing efficiency initiatives. The role requires efficient contribution in the solution configuration, testing, BAU support, and automation opportunity identification, while operating within established delivery governance and risk standards.
The candidate is someone with a proven record of technology project execution and ability to get hands on when it comes to analysis, development and execution, someone with creativity and self-motivation to deliver on mission critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
As an Automation Configurator, Senior Manager, you will
1. Low‑Code / No‑Code Solution Configuration
Support analysis of business requirements and in configuring low‑/no‑code solutions (workflows, rules, UI behavior, automation logic)
Build and enhance process improvement solutions using available automation tools
Implement configuration changes and enhancements.
Adhere to defined platform standards, performance expectations, and documentation requirements
2. Delivery & Execution
Implementation lifecycle from building through testing, go‑live, and stabilization
Assist Delivery Managers in tracking tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Participate in solution walkthroughs, validation sessions, and release activities
Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables within agreed scope and timelines
3. Business Engagement & Automation Enablement
Work with business groups to understand process pain points and design solutions with focus on risk reduction and capacity saves.
Support identification of automation opportunities using existing tools (reconciliation platforms, robotics, Python, low‑code solutions)
Assist with requirement clarification, data analysis, and feasibility inputs
Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders
4. Quality, Testing & Controls
Execute unit testing and support functional and user acceptance testing
Validate configurations against acceptance criteria and documented requirements
Follow defined risk, control, and change management standards
Support audit and control requirements through documentation and evidence preparation
5. BAU Support & Continuous Improvement
Support ongoing development, maintenance, and BAU changes for existing automation solutions
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Maintain configuration and user documentation for knowledge transfer
Contribute ideas for standardization, reuse, and incremental efficiency improvements
Required Skills & Experience
Technical / Functional
Exposure to Low‑Code / No‑Code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform preferred)
Exposure or interest in reconciliation tools (e.g., Xceptor, DUCO or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Excel (VBA/macros desirable)
looking for 10-14 years of experience
Exposure to automation technologies (RPA, scripting, Python) is a plus
Understanding of operational processes and data flows within Financial Services
Should be flexible to work in US Shift :Shit Timing : 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM IST
Work Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
Prior experience in Financial Services Operations or Technology/Automation support roles preferred

Supports delivery execution under guidance from senior members
Applies established standards, controls, and governance consistently
Demonstrates progression toward solution ownership and delivery capabilities
