Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our team to drive operational efficiency through intelligent automation and AI-enabled transformation. You will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting as-is and to-be states and partnering with technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct process discovery sessions to identify high-value manual workflows suitable for automation (RPA, AI, or Generative AI solutions).
- Requirements Engineering: Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for automation initiatives. Translate business pain points into detailed user stories and process flow diagrams.
- Process Re-engineering: Perform gap analysis to optimize workflows before automation, ensuring we aren't just automating inefficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops between business users and technical/automation developers. Act as the primary point of contact for project scope and expectations.
- Solution Design & Testing: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the delivered solution meets business objectives and performance KPIs.
- Change Management: Support user adoption by creating knowledge-transfer documentation and conducting training sessions for stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Business Analyst.
- Automation Proficiency: Basic Hands-on knowledge of low code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism) and workflow automation tools.
- AI Literacy: Practical exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and an understanding of how they integrate into business processes.
- Process Modeling: Expert proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, MS Visio, or BPMN) to visualize complex workflows.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience creating MIS reports or dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track automation ROI and KPIs.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical leadership.
Preferred Bonus Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Conversational AI.
Education Background: A Technical Bachelors like B.Sc./BCA + MBA or B.E/B.Tech (Computer science, IT Data Sciences etc., ), MCA/ M.Sc Computer Science/M.Sc.
