Automation Architect

Looking for an Automation Architect to design and scale a cloud-first, AI-powered automation ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional RPA by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, low-code automation tools like n8n, and Agentic AI frameworks to build autonomous, self-healing workflows across business functions

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, n8n, and integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS tools.
• Build intelligent workflows using LLM frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Leverage modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code for rapid prototyping and development.
• Define governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies across automation platforms.
• Lead POCs in Generative AI for unstructured data and self-healing automation.
• Mentor developers and ensure scalable architecture and reusable components.
• Translate automation initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Azure OpenAI)
• Hands-on programming (Python / .NET / JavaScript)
• Experience in building automation solutions at scale
• Exposure to low-code/no-code tools like n8n

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Cursor or Claude Code
• Exposure to OCR, NLP, and LLM pipelines
• Microsoft certifications
