Automation Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Architect to lead and enhance our automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automation frameworks, optimizing the testing process, and ensuring the successful integration of automated testing into our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

This position offers the opportunity to drive quality improvements across large-scale software projects while mentoring a team of testers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement industry-leading automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and DevOps) to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to automation testers.
• Monitor test results, optimize automation tests, and identify performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
• Expertise in integrating automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
