We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer who can work independently with business stakeholders to design and deliver RPA solutions. For a large global medical devices customer, we are building an automation framework that will generate a significant pipeline of automation cases.
The role requires strong ownership, independence, and the ability to deliver high-quality automation with minimal supervision.

Your tasks
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities
- Designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
- Implementing the first automation case based on an already prepared solution design
- Contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of the automation framework
- Ensuring adherence to RPA best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines
- Testing, debugging, and optimizing automation solutions for reliability and performance
- Preparing technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer activities
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of RPA frameworks and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous work with distributed and international teams
Nice-to-have requirements
- Automation Anywhere certification
- Agile / Scrum project experience
- Exposure to enterprise-scale RPA programs
- Knowledge of additional RPA tools or scripting
