Job Title:
Automation and AI Tech lead u2013 Personal Health
As an Automation and AI Consultant in Philipsu2019 Personal Health division, you will lead the strategic integration of AI into consumer health products and services. You will identify high-impact opportunities to personalize user experiences, optimize product performance, and enable data-driven wellness insights, while ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Regions, Business, and marketing teams to define Automation and AI use cases for personal health devices and digital platforms.
Design AI strategies for personalization, predictive commercial or supply chain insights, and user engagement.
Ensure AI solutions comply with GDPR, ISO 13485, and Philipsu2019 ethical AI principles.
Translate consumer behavior data into actionable insights using machine learning and behavioral analytics.
Support go-to-market strategies with AI-driven differentiation.
Qualifications:
Masteru2019su00A0 in AI, Data Science, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in AI and Automation consulting, Full stack development, preferably in consumer health or wellness tech.
Strong understanding of personalization algorithms, recommender systems, and mobile AI.
Experience with Automation platforms, and cloud-based AI deployment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
This role is an office role.
